Grey Sailor Pompompurin Dress

Bought secondhand from Japan! Grey dress with Sailor collar and brown front bow. Has a little cute Pompompurin printed on the front. Embroidery on the back "Pompompurin". Ruffled elasticated hand cuffs. Nice soft texture on top, comes with a second skirt layer underneath. Unsure of the material but as a texture sensitive autistic, it feels really nice! ♡ Size is a 3L in Japan size which is about an XXL in UK size (what google says). Would say it would fit more an XL. It fits me as a size 18; except the breast area, otherwise it fits perfectly. If you need more details on the breast area fit please let me know! ♡ The waist is elasticated but unstretched is 13inches on one side so approx 26inches circumference. From shoulder to end is a little over 43Inches. Shoulder to waist is a little over 16inches Waist to end is a little over 27inches If you would like more measurements, please let me know! But as an oversized size 18, 5'2" tall, it fits perfectly in the arms, middle and the length of the dress is so cutecore. Honestly would get rid of my boobs if it meant I can keep the dress lol There is a couple loose threads by the pearl back button but it doesn't look like it is unraveling or anything.
