(Sealed) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Xbox 360

Sealed copy of Modern Warfare 2, for the Xbox 360. See all pictures above for condition.

Flaws that I noticed:
-Has a couple of small holes/rips (Pictures 11 & 12)
-Has this pretty strong rectangle-shaped sticker residue (Picture 10). I’ve tried taking it off with some water, but the residue is still there. I don’t want to put anything else on it, or attempt to take it off further, due to not wanting to mess up the seal.

The game’s seal has the “Y-Folds,” so that shows it to be “Factory-Sealed.”

For shipping, I’m gonna be putting a small, cut sheet of paper on top of the residue (so that it doesn’t stick to the bubble-wrap). I will then bubble-wrap the game around, and then ship out the item to the buyer.

**When you receive the item, make sure to separate/peel off the paper from the residue SLOWLY, if you want to keep the seal in-tact**
(If you don’t care about the seal, and just want to open up the game, then you can do whatever)
