Details: Windsor Black Long Formal High Neck Dress
Great formal dress for cocktail parties, formal dances: prom, homecoming, etc. Full length is great for a taller gal. I am 5'4" and with 4 inch heels, it is still too long on me. Recommend getting it hemmed if you are shorter!
-Bottom is like a mermaid style. Has a flare to it.
-Halter high neck
-Padded chest - no need for a bra! I have a smaller chest and think a bigger chest could fill this out great.
-Side and back cut out is mesh-like. It has a nude backing so it is not actually see thru.
Size Small but could fit as a medium. See measurements
Condition: Very good used. Only spotted one spot with snagging (see last picture), which is still very minimal and can't even tell once on!
